WHAT IS PRISM?

PRISM (Purposeful Re-Direction In Skills Management) is a 6-Step system to develop a vision for your future, and the plan to achieve it in this 21st Century new world of work.

What makes PRISM unique is its emphasis on mindsets and the non-technical (‘soft’) skills that have become a requirement for all effective employees.

PRISM does not include details of specific career or job options, skills required for specific jobs, or job search strategies. There are many excellent websites that provide these details.
