1. Review our Application Requirements
To qualify to receive any of our mentoring services, you need to make two commitments:
– To decide how you’re going to take control of your job situation.
– To implement an action plan that will achieve your objectives.
Our mentoring service will help you make that decision, and then help you carry out your action plan.
If you’ve chosen to participate in one of our mentored groups, we will assign you to a group in which we think you would be compatible and not competitive with other members.
If you’ve chosen one-on-one mentoring, we will help you book a no-charge meeting to establish a schedule of success.

2. Apply to either join a mentored group or receive one-on-one mentoring.

You will receive an appointment calendar, from which you can book a chat with Nick, our lead mentor, to either estblish a schedule of one-on-one mentoring or determine which group fits you best. (If none fits you at this time, you will be put onto a waiting list.)
3. Get started!
Details of your first meeting will be arranged during your chat with Nick.
