1. Review our Application Requirements.
To qualify to get individual coaching or to join a Mentored Support Group, you need to:
– Be open and honest about your needs.
– Commit to do the work to resolve your issues.
– Review and agree to our Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Apply to receive coaching or to join a Mentored Support Group.

You will receive an appointment calendar, from which you can book a chat with Nick, our lead mentor, to determine whether you qualify for coaching and/or which Support Group fits you best. If no available Group fits you at this time, you will be put onto a waiting list.
3. Start your coaching or attend your first Mentored Support Group meeting.
Details will be arranged during your chat with Nick.
You’ll also be notified when our Q&A meetings will be held.
